blueberries and cream cheese stuffed french toast, side of fried rice

kalua pork eggs benedict with hashbrowns

tommy says:  the kalua pork benedict was quite tasty - a really nice twist on the classic benedict.  kalua pork + hollandaise + egg yolk = tasty (though the hollandaise could've used a bit of lemon).  the blueberries and cream cheese stuffed french toast was fine, but it needed more blueberries and less cream cheese - the cream cheese just overpowered everything.  fried rice was also just ok.
