sauteed ecuadorian talapia with sweet pineapple glaze and mango, apple & radish salad
vanilla creme brulee
tommy says: the crab cake was pretty good, but the talapia fell short. there wasn't much glaze on the fish, so it was lacking flavor and overall was a disappointment. the creme brulee was good and had flecks of vanilla which was great.
