tommy takes advantage of another dine la restaurant week deal



appetizer: warm boucheron with roasted balsamic oinion soubise, flageolet beans, arugula and herb salad


appetizer: roasted chestnut soup with winter truffle cream


main course: duck confit


main course: grilled prime beef shortrib with potato gratin, crispy bacon and creamed swiss chard


dessert: vanilla panna cotta with honeyed blueberries


dessert: dulce de leche chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream


tommy makes a new friend at the next table (he's such a lady's man)

tommy says: the appetizers and desserts were quite tasty, especially the soup! the main courses missed the mark, but i'd come back just for another bowl of that amazing soup! table 8 is good.. almost great.
